Come to the top of North Road.
You will see The Brighthelm Centre building to your right when you look down North Road.
Come through the gate.
This is now the only way in and out of The Brighthelm.
Turn left at the end of the ramp and come through the reception doors.
This is the Brighthelm foyer.
Go through it towards the lift.
We are in the basement.
Press B.
You will see us as soon as the lift doors open.
Press the doorbell and wait.
A friendly staff member will come and let you in.
