Speak Out were recently involved in the making of the Impact of Advocacy, a film produced by Learning Disability England and Speakup Self-Advocacy.
The film tells the story of how self-advocacy has influenced and changed the lives of many people with a learning disability, helping them to become empowered to speak up for their rights and needs.
Not only does the film show the impact self-advocacy has had on the lives of people with a learning disability, but also the impact that people with a learning disability have been able to have on the wider world.
