Speak Out organise the Learning Disability Partnership Board.
This is where people with learning disabilities, service providers, charities, parent-carers and managers from the council meet together.
They talk about how they can plan services and make changes so that the city is a better place for people with learning disabilities
The Partnership Board meets 4 times a year. Each meeting is about a different issue that affects people with learning disabilities.
Subjects that have been talked about include: Hate Crime, Housing, Universal Credit and employment.
Speak Out’s Link Group chair the meeting and present feedback from people with learning disabilities around the city.
