The Coral Reefers 5K Swim along the Brighton and Hove Shoreline

On Saturday 16th September, the Coral Reefers, a group of local Brighton and Hove women drawn together by a love of the sea, swam 5K along the Brighton and Hove Shoreline to help raise money for Speak Out.

The swim started by Rockwater in Hove and finished by the Sea Lanes in Kemptown. Emily Hindle, who has now become a trustee for Speak Out, said that despite the choppy conditions, the swim went really well and was pleased to announce that they had raised nearly £1200 for Speak Out.

On behalf of everyone at Speak Out, we’d like to say a huge thank you to the Coral Reefers, and extend a warm welcome to Emily Hindle as one of our new trustees.
