On Saturday, Chris and Jenny were down at the Health and Wellbeing event at the Brighton Open Market on London Road promoting Speak Out and Thumbs Up.
This was an event to find out about FREE health related supports services that could help you, or those you care about and let your GP and other NHS services know how they can best meet your needs.
